education credit for your Connecticut real estate
license.
Please ensure you enroll in the correct class. No
refunds or credits provided once enrolled.
Seating is limited.
No walk-ins allowed. Advanced enrollment is
required.

The fine print:
All courses are approved
by the Connecticut Real Estate Commission for three (3)
hours of Continuing
Education credit towards your 2012 license renewal.
Please ensure you enroll in the correct class including
the correct date and location.
Enrollment and payment required prior to class and must
be made online.
No walk-ins.
No refunds or credits once enrolled.
Seating is limited so please enroll early to reserve
your space.
Agents must attend all three hours of class, and sign in
and out of each class in order to receive credit.
Fab Real Estate School reserves the right to cancel any
classes for low enrollment or other reasons. Full
refunds will be provided to all those who enrolled
in a cancelled class.
Instructors may change without notice.
Please Note:
Per the Connecticut Real Estate Commission:
Students are not to leave early or arrive late for
continuing education classes.
All students must arrive on time and remain for
the entire class, otherwise credit cannot be given.
No exceptions.
So, please plan to arrive early.
2012 Continuing Education Requirements:
For the 2012 license renewal cycle, that state of
Connecticut required 12 hours of continuing education
credits, including one three-hour Mandatory course (CT
Real Estate Agent Fiduciary Duties Review & Law Update)
and 9 hours of approved elective classes.
