About Us

Fab Real Estate School was founded to provide real estate education to both those looking to join the real estate profession for the first time as well as current real estate salespersons who wish to upgrade their education to become real estate brokers.

With a skilled staff, quality instructors and expert experience in the real estate industry, Fab Real Estate School not only prepares you for your state licensing examinations, but also shares "real life" real estate situations to aid to your learning and better prepare you to begin or improve in your own real estate career.
 

Don Fabrizio-Garcia
Don Fabrizio-Garcia is a real estate broker and is the broker/owner of Fab Real Estate, an innovative Connecticut real estate brokerage.  He was also previously a real estate appraiser. Don's specialty is residential real estate and he thrives in training real estate agents to succeed and prosper in their careers.  Don began his career in California, and relocated to Connecticut in 2005. He has spent his years in the business assisting buyers and sellers with all of the real estate needs, while also training his colleagues in all matters of real estate issues, including marketing, technology and general business practices.

Location

Fab Real Estate School is located at 100 Mill Plain Road, Suite 362A, Danbury, Connecticut.

Plenty of parking is available.  Take the elevator up to the third floor.  If a receptionist is available, they will gladly direct you to the training center. 
Otherwise, turn right out of the elevator, make your first right and then your first left. 
Our offices will then be on your left.
